Zucchini Bread is such a nice addition to a salad supper.
This recipe is moist and delicious. I hope your family will enjoy it as much as mine!

Ingredients:
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 Tbsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp cloves
1 cup oil
1 1/4 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
 3 eggs
 2 1/2 cups grated zucchini
1 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9” loaf pan or 2 smaller loaf pans.
in a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda and spices.
In a large bowl, blend together oil, sugars, vanilla and eggs. Gradually add the flour mixture until just barely combined. Gently fold in the zucchini and walnuts, be careful to not over mix.
Fill loaf pans with batter. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the top is golden brown and toothpick comes out clean.
Cool completely before serving.

I love zucchini bread. I have my moms recipe that i use but im going to definitely give yours a try. Thank you so much for sharing.

Yummy!! πŸ˜‹. Another great recipe. I make Zucchini bread a lot. I have had my recipe for years. I add sour cream. I also can add a banana or pineapple and definitely raisins (the white ones). I now make smaller loaves to give away. I just have fun with. The spices too. Thank you so much.πŸ’•

I always enjoy and appreciate when you post your yummy recipes πŸ₯°

The awnings are up and the azaleas are out at our house! How are you welcoming springtime weather?

Here in West Virginia one day it’s 75 degrees and the next there’s a frost warning πŸ˜³πŸ™„getting anxious to plant flowers on my deck.🌸❀️but my Hostas are certainly showing off🀣now if the deer will leave them alone 🀞🏼

Beautiful home! Love the colors and awnings. Here's my spring porch in TX.

Oh I love awnings!! We live on the beautiful river and the wind can be fierce!! So we can’t put them up, they would be in shreds. And I love your shake shingles and the color of your house, so welcoming. But most of all I am always blessed by you and your love for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.❀️

I'm giving the angel with the lantern to my sister for her birthday. Enjoy a wonderful weekend Valerie Parr Hill 🌷

Have been on Waitlist for your darling 22" Wicker Lamp with Shade in White. Hope I'm fortunate enough to be able to purchase, as even in my small townhouse, I have the perfect place for it. All my little home is tastefully decorated with VPH, so much so even my Hubby & his friends have acknowledged how nice.πŸ₯°

Any of the items you are showing would be perfect. I love my angels with the lanterns. The love you put into everything is well shown!!! My mom would have loved any of your beautiful things 🩷🌻

I absolutely adore the VPH garden maidens. I now have seven!! I have one in my bathroom, one in a guest bedroom, and the other 5 are on a couple of console tables. My husband loves them as well. I really don’t have any room for any more large ones. Is it possible to make some 8” maidens? I would love to see one sitting with a cardinal landing on her as if a love one is saying, “I am still with you.” Thanks for asking.

I love the Garden Maidens! I am curious about the seasonal Maidens that are coming up this Fall. I visualize a Christmas Maiden whose gown is a red poinsettia. A colorful gown would be nice for each season along with the traditional white and verdigris.

I've yet to purchase any as I'm not quick enough! Would love to see Christmas maidens with Red Cardinals and poinsettias in a sitting position and also please bring back the sitting butterfly maidens and reading a book maiden! Love the sitting ones…easier to decorate with in my home! Thank you Valerie! Looking forward to them!β€οΈπŸ€—
